Hero Grow is a website service for UK tradespeople, operated by Hero Foundry (company number 17274332). Our website is herogrow.co.uk.

2. The service

Hero Foundry builds and delivers the Hero Grow website — a static profile site for UK tradespeople — for a fee of £9 per month (including VAT). The website is built using Astro and delivered as static files ready to be hosted on your domain.

3. What you provide

To build your website, you'll need to provide:

• A photo of yourself or your work
• Your trade details and services
• Areas you cover
• Contact information you want displayed
• A domain name (we can recommend providers)

4. Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver your website within 2–4 working days of receiving all required information from you. Delays in providing information may extend this timeline.

5. Payment

The £9 monthly fee (including VAT) is payable before we begin work. Your website will remain live for one month and the fee renews each month. Payment details will be provided upon enquiry. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for custom requirements outside the standard service scope.

6. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included. This covers things like updating your phone number, changing your photo, or adjusting your listed services. Larger changes or additional pages may incur an extra fee.

7. Ownership

Once your website is delivered and payment is complete, you own the website files. You are free to host them, modify them, or transfer them as you wish.

8. Limitations

Hero Grow provides a static profile website. We are not responsible for ongoing hosting, domain registration, or content updates beyond the included revision round. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, though we build with SEO best practices.
